(Certification in Distance Education and Educational Television)
This certificate program is offered by the Center for Telecommunications and Distance Education of the Ana G. Mendez University System. It is the first program in Puerto Rico to train and certify faculty as distance educators, providing interactive experiences for the design of online and television courses completely in Spanish.
